Applying is not the same as being taken on. Leo Clips Cars is a clipping service for long-form video creators. Anyone can apply through this site. We read every application and reply to it, and the terms of the work are agreed with the creator before any clip is cut. The posting software described here publishes clips to the accounts Leo Clips Cars runs for the creators it works with. These terms describe how the service and the software are run.
The Leo Clips Cars posting tool is software that uploads short-form video clips to the social media accounts Leo Clips Cars operates for the creators it works with.
Clips are edited from long-form videos published by their original creators, used with the creator's written permission, obtained before any clip from their channel is published. Each clip credits its source and links back to the original video, and is intended to send viewers to that original.
Copyright in the underlying footage remains with its original creator. Nothing in these terms transfers any right in that material. If a creator asks for material to be removed, it is removed.
If you believe something published by this tool infringes your rights or was posted in error, write to leoclipscars@gmail.com and it will be reviewed and, where appropriate, taken down.
The service is provided as-is. Nothing here promises that a clip will reach a particular audience, that a platform will keep it up, or that the software will run without interruption.
If these terms change, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date.
