Permission in writing before anything of yours goes out, and it comes down if you ask.
Nothing from a channel is published without its creator's agreement. Clips are made from long-form videos published by their original creators, used with the creator's written permission, obtained before any clip from their channel is published. A message from you saying yes is enough to count as written. The point is that there is a record both sides can point to.
If there are subjects you do not want clipped, moments you want left alone, or a tone you want kept, that is recorded when we start and it is applied to every clip after. Where a moment raises a question your standing answer does not cover, we ask you rather than guess.
You can change your mind. If a creator asks for material to be removed, it is removed. Write to leoclipscars@gmail.com with a link to the clip.
Terms are agreed directly with each creator rather than as a standard package forced onto every channel. If you run a long-form channel with a strong back catalogue and little short-form presence, apply with a link to your channel and we will take a look before we reply.
