Public data only, the same pass described on the how it works page: what the channel has published, what performed, and what is sitting unclipped.
Including when the answer is no. A channel that is already cutting its own short-form well does not need us, and we would rather say so.
No clip from your channel goes anywhere until you have agreed to it in writing. That is a condition of the work, not a formality.
